How can I track my order?
Tracking your order is easy! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Simply click on the tracking number or enter it on our website’s tracking page to get real-time updates on the status of your delivery. Orders are shipped via USPS or DHL.
What is your return policy?
Most items may be eligible for a return or exchange (for equal or lesser value) within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Items must be unused and undamaged in original packaging . Contact customercare@lifebreedsart.com to start the process. Please note, custom pieces and digital downloads are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.
How long does shipping take?
Our standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days within the United States. However, please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location. Rest assured, we always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please note: Hand-embellished art prints may take 1-2 days longer than ready-made products.
Do you offer international shipping?
International shipping is currently only offered to Canada and Guam. Please note that international shipping may take longer than domestic shipping, depending on your location. Additional customs fees and import duties may apply, which will be the responsibility of the customer.
